For my internship project, I am going to create a powerpoint presentation on a In Vitro Transcription experiment that I will create in the future. I feel that this will be exemplary of me because just as I stated in my last post, majority of my contributions to the company will be performing In Vitro Transcription.
A aspect of the presentation will be the intention to the experiment which will be about what the purpose, goal, and expectation of this experiment was. It will also include the protocol that I went through as well as the results. My results will be supported by graphs mostly, as well as tables. Raw statistics is generally the best way to present data however it has to be molded into a presentable form. This means that the components of the table have to be clear and the intention of the graphs have to be easily visible.
To keep the progression that is happening in the company private, I will not state any of the names for any samples nor will I state the generally goal of this project.
